Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the showerheads or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
